At just 4g of total carb per small scoop....I am enjoying dinner:)

Holland and Barrett or Waitrose £5.99 per tub, a lovely treat.

Which brand? Is it the Oppo? That's only 7.1g per 100g if so its 3 for 2 at the moment...!

Where can you get the 3 for 2?

Yes exactly correct and I had a smallish scoop - measured at about 60ml so about 4g...will see what it does to me overnight... with FBG tomorrow morning:)

I had tried making home made frozen yoghurt using Alpro.. but it tasted like pap while freezing and then froze into a solid lump even after multiple stirrings. so not my most successful attempt. I think I read somewhere that freezing causes the flavours to reduce so that may explain the nasty taste.

This Waitrose promo is going to sell out quickly...haha:) Mine is 5 miles :)

While you're all at Waitrose, get some Vogel's Soy and Linseed bread, it's a little higher carbs than Burgen (14.3g per slice, but 2.8g fibre) but it's so much nicer. And if you want a high fat treat and don't mind shelling out £3+ for it, get a Burrata, it's basically a mozzarella bag filled with cream and it's just fabulous - try it with strawberries and a bit of balsamic vinegar and black pepper, I'm lucky enough to work near a Waitrose and we get Vogel's at weekends and have a couple of slices with marmalade then cycle off into the distance to burn it off.

That Burrata soundes terrific, I'll check it out when collecting my Oppo:)

Headline in the Daily Mail "Mass stampede at Waitrose branches today as diabetics rushed to buy all the Oppo ice cream on the 3 for 2 offer"

You can just imagine the subtext - all diabetics crave sugar LOL

Interesting they failed on Dragons Den due to the apparent 'aftertaste' - Personally love the salted caramel, and a tub last around 2 weeks! Everything in moderation :)
