Ice Lolly

I had a strawberry Jubly, bought in packs, 6.4 g per 100 g, one Jubly is 62 g.

Edited to say, you could make your own with diluted sugar free squash with a few hours in the freezer, even in Ice cube trays.

Whip up some natural yoghurt with some berries and freeze you could put it in a small container with a Lolly stick in it or in ice cube containers

That's a new one on me...my kids loved these when they were much younger...ill have to give it a try:)

I had a mini milk today. I did a spin class before lunch then took my usual bolus for lunch so a mini milk was just right to maintain my BS
 
Lovely yougurt of choice .. With strawberries .. Blitzed ... :)

Water melon for me .. Frozen watermelon ice lollies ..
