hiya guys

must say been feeling better thanks to losing 2 stone and changes in my diet.

my blood pressure near normal again and cholestrol in healthy limits

hope you all doing ok

ps tesco xero cola with no sugar is a nice alternative to branded coca cola

take care x

I just wanted to say it's not easy losing weight so congratulations. Also I will have to pick some of that xero cola from Tesco's. I drink one from Aldi. Asda's is good too but I won't buy it unless it's on offer.

@drewster45 i too am an advocate of the no sugar drinks, fully understanding there are some in here who see them as the Devils food only s little way behind both Sugar and the dreaded Carbs! ..... but do consider much of this somewhat personal preference!
I too would advocate the Aldi Zero Cola ..... but also from my youth, many of the supermarkets also do sugar free Danelion & Burdock and Cream Soda... not quite a replacement for my beloved Stella, but it's mainly 'her' fault I'm probably here!!!, and they are quite nice.
