I've been hearing a lot about this and wondered if I should be taking it. I haven't taken Simvastatin for nearly a year after being on them for a long while.

Carina, CoQ10 is what your body produces for 95% of its energy needs. It is completely safe and actually benefits so insanely many different health functions: bloodsugar control, bp, cardiac function, energy production, improves athletic performance, etc. I take a pharmaceutical-grade, non-synthetic CoQ10 (bio-quinone gold) every day coupled with magnesium.

Thanks for the link, looks an interesting read. I buy mine from Sainsburys (100mg) and they seem to be OK but would like to buy some high quality ones but not sure what to look for and where to get them from - any suggestions please?
