Pump
My pump must have recently been disconnected checked my sugars, 14.9 I was like that's odd so did a correction and waited & they went up to 17, so I went to check my pump and noticed it was unclipped now hoping this correction works and brings them down. I'm so stupid and feel like an idiot =.=

Just make sure the connector isn't faulty and it disconnected it's self with no help from you. There was a few threads about this sometime ago and I know I had a few faulty ones.

Sounds like a mechanical failure to me, so that clears you of being stupid or an idiot.
I injected the wrong insulin a while back. Injected 18 novorapid, was meant to inject 18 lantus.
Now that's more stupid :wacky::wacky::wacky:
