Not all low carb for me ..
I change diet to suit my needs ..
Don't think I will get the cake sent though .. four years on .. lol
I am still waiting for the welcome pack :) lol
Perhaps there were not welcome packs a couple of years ago ....

There is also a Low Carb class which you join and in a slow kill kind of way, gives you some information in the form of videos for a buncha weeks.

If it's the pack I had recently it's a diabetes badge, a 'rubber/latex' bracelet with 'I'm not drunk I have diabetes', a keyring with what kind of diabetes you have and some sweetner

Had mine about 2 weeks ago and I signed up last September

Keyring is attached to my handbag. Not sure on bracelet as if it's latex I cant wear it, so I've kept it aside for a lady I know who will need it more than me. Sweetner in my handbag for when having a hot drink away from home

Some of us have been around a few years plus .. and never had a welcome pack .. that's a possible reason it's a bit hit and mix ..
Don't know how or who gets one though ..

I'm grateful for mine and so will my friend be when I see her to give her the bracelet (cant think what the other word is for them)
 
I never got one. It's because of my googly eye isn't it? ISNT IT?
