Been on diet and exercise for sometime now. Diet is remarkably the same... looking through my meals / BG's each week for the last 18 months have been nearly the same. Today was the first time in over two months I did not have celery, olives and nuts for breakfast... had some yog and nuts. Due to child care situation four nights a week we eat our evening meal pretty late and waiting for two hours after to test to get more or the same number over and over is proving a bit of challenge, when all I want to do is get son to bed, so we can all crash. I could test after an hour... but decided against and so just going to test FBG and see how they go... so far it has been okay.
The fear is that I let my diet slip...
and over the weekend on the saturday I had some spag bol, which was okay and on the sunday I made an apple pudding, almond flour with quite a lot of sugar... I didn't really enjoy the spag bol like I used to and didn't touch the apple pudding, there was one untouched for the wife and son to share on Monday... I did make some really good 90% choc/double cream lemon thyme chocolates, which seem to sort my pudding need.
Just thought I would share my life as a T2.
Luck to all
