Type 2 I have a white spot on my toe.

Can this be the beginning of skin breakdown. Please nobody scare me to death, but what should I do about it? It's sore if I rub it. I saw and I panicked.
 
Thank you, Enclave. I am having a bunch of mini-crises and the latest is battery charger failure. anyway a panda has very ugly toes compared to an elegant canine like you. It actually changed over the hours and instead of a blanced white spot resembles a tiny cut. Maybe the cortisone in the yeast infection cream took down some inflamation. but in any case i dont have a photo. my podiatrist visit isnt for another week and its a month late. he doesn't do anything to soften troubled nails and i panic just thinking about him working on my nails which are problem nails... it hurts, but thank you i will try not to panic again. ihave heard diabetics shouldnt touch their own nails... my problem is what to use on them because i don't have much that i dont think wll be safe.
 
Still don't panic ... as a rule only panic when you know for sure it is something to panic about.

My only comment would be to urge you to read the leaflet for your cortisone cream. From memory it shouldn't be used on broken skin. I may have misremembered that.

Keep a close eye on your tootsie.
 
i triy. i have pictures but not been to bed yet and cant think anymore. i will look it up. when i said the second time what to use o them i meant something to take the corners of the nail down. i wish i didn't have a panic disorder and a trauma history. i got a fever. and then it went with fluids. i am just fried. i like your icon. just crying but haev to snack and sleep. whole body unhpappy with me. feel like a jackass. all scared by everthing. will try to breathe. metformin is hard for me to take. my belly doesn't like it. i am irrational and feel that everybody does better than me. rest will help and i will post picture if still bad later. and i can figure it out.
