Online carb counting course?

,my sister is type1 she is looking for advice on carb counting after I told her about this site but I didn't want to give advice her being on insulin. Where can I point her to get this advice,my grandson whose type1 also went on a course not sure how my sister would feel doing that. Thought if there was an online advice she could follow she needs help losing weight and insulin amounts to carbs intake. Can anyone advice where she would get this kind of help?.K

Thank you for link had a word with my sister about this site she said she would look at it and try to learn carb counting,but her diabetic nurse has put her name forward to go on the course but there is a waiting time has its full.But has she is an uncontrolled type1 diabetic she will not have to wait long. K
