Your BG readings have come down remarkably well. Whatever you're doing is working, but sorry about the pain
Anyway, 5.3 this am before a huge fried breakfast with hardly a carb in sight

Must be a weird feeling hurting from the inside out, I think it is good you now have such a good blood glucose control to avoid further complications

Have had the flu jab so hope not but with no immune system to speak of (steroids and imuran) even a cold can be a bit dodgy.
