Test strip bottle open inside a new box of strips

Don't have diabetes
Had some SD Codefree test strips delivered today, the first box I opened the plastic bottle was open inside the sealed box.
Anyone had this before, any problem getting it replaced?

I haven't had it happen, but Home Health are very approachable and obliging. If you contact them I am fairly sure they will replace it.
 
Spoke to them and they said they would send a replacement, unfortunately it didn't make it through the post!
