Type 1 Blood sugars

Depends on the day. Minimum 4 - before meals and bed.
Maximum - up to 20 depending on exercise, driving, lows, highs, life!

Minimum 4 . Maximum 8. Unless I'm ill or undertaking an activity I'm not used to, then as and when I need to.
It's what you feel comfortable with and best helps good control.

I test at least 7 times. More if feeling 'off' but I'm on insulin so need to test in the morning, prior to each meal and before bed a the minimum. It's just part of life now.

5 times per day, usually before meals.. at the moment.

I've been checking mine every 2 hours this week. Very informative for me. Will be speaking to my dn tomoz x
Great idea. Once you know what's going on it can be adjusted. I also check when I add a new food or quantity of food.

I went through a stage of 'I really can't be bothered' and got depressed with it all as I'm sure a lot of us have. I've now given myself a royal kick up the **** x

When not hooked up to CGM, I do it every 1-2 hours whilst awake, just to keep an eye on what's going on.

Depending on the amount of exercise i do, lows and highs, between 6 and 15. Partially as i am 17 and only been diagnosed 7 months, so they want to keep an eye on what is going on to look for any changes.
