They look ruddy good!

Got a recipe link?

Does anyone have the same problems as me, or is it because I'm a relative newcomer to the world of computers. Everytime I try to download a recipe book I enter my email address and then it comes up in red PLEASE ENTER A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS, ok fair enough but really the problem is, they've just emailed me on that very same email address and for the sake of repeating myself, that is the problem. Can anyone help please, as l9ng as it's not complicated. Haha

Have a look at the diet doctor recipe 'mummy dogs' too.

Sorry, can't insert the link at the mo. But I found the pic v amusing. :D

The DD mummy dogs are lovely! We've had them a couple of times now - I didn't much like them using hot dogs (not sure of content of hot dogs) but they were lovely using pre-cooked normal low carb sausages.

I'm going to try this because I've hit a wall and become bored with vegs, salads, meat etc etc I miss spuds, pasta and rice

Have you tried cauliflower rice instead of rice and spiralized courgette instead of pasta? The other fairly good sub is celeriac instead of spuds.
