freestyle libre

is anyone elses freestyle libre taking ages to deliever as i ordered last week friday and i still havent got it yet or even got a dispatch email yet??

Hi icelover not sure about the libre but I have ordered meters from Abbott in the past and they say it can take 7_10 days for delivery so if it doesn't arrive by 10days I would give them a ring just to make sure when it will be dispatched also not sure if they send meters by royal mail or courier if by royal mail this also takes longer let us know the outcome hope this helps?

Mine always come via DPD with tracking and and emails about delivery. I think that something might have gone wrong with your order.

It's v slow this week - usually there in a couple of days but over a week this time!

It has gone to picked so is there an idea to when it may come?

Mine has just changed to dispatched from picked and saying delivery 15/5 which is Mon so much slower than previous orders
