How can I bring my blood sugar level down quote quickly

Easiest way is to not eat stuff that raise blood sugar, like starchy or sugary foods. Fat, on the other hand, doesn't raise blood sugar. I keep my HbA1c at around 32.
 
If my BG is temporarily high, I go for a brisk walk (about a mile in 20 minutes). This assumes you're healthy enough to do so.

Basically, you need to do something that gets you slightly out of breath; you don't need to go to the gym or go running.
