Are novopen 5 compatible with frios as they have a none replaceable battery . Thanks paul
 
Should be, I was using the Novopen Echo and used a Frio wallet to keep the pen cool in the hot weather, never had any issues with the battery and it didn't develop any faults.

Hi, only wondered, as had novopen5 before and display went off,perhaps it was faulty,sent back to makers but did not get a reply. Paul
 
I did too. Now I use humalog. Just noticed this thread as I just posted one about Frios and strips/ meters.

Odd that they didn't reply to you Paul, but perhaps you were unfortunate to have a faulty pen. If unsure ring the Novo Nordisk Customer Careline, they'll say for sure if storing the pen in a Frio Wallet is fine or not.
