Is this a good result?

My fasting blood glucose this morning was 7.0 mmol/L
As i wasn't up that early, i thought i would skip breakfast.
I tested again 2 hours after my lunch and got 6.5 mmol/L

Do you think that is a good result and my BG is coming down?
 
It's really difficult to judge on a couple of random readings. The best way to see how your blood glucose levels are doing is to test regularly at similar times and record the trends over time.

Did you also test before lunch? Seeing the effect of what you eat on your levels is also important as it's best to avoid too many peaks and troughs. Ideally you'd be looking for a rise of no more than 2 mmols 2 hours after eating.

No, as it was less than 2 hours after my first test and i was low on test strips. (Got some now)
