Average Sept temp in Rome is 27 degrees. Insulin should be ok at that temp. Feel free to buy a frio if you are worried but you shouldn't need it.

Thanks that is good news I have a gel pack in the bag I use so might ask the hotel if I can out it in there freezer each night.
