Hi everyone here
I got test strips for bionime gx300 today so
I want to test every foods what kind kind Suitable for my body Do I try taking medicine? Or without what are you advising me

we are not allowed to advice you about taking medication or not... we are not doctors in here.

there are a lot of threads in here about the low carbing eating style that I´ll advice you to try to learn really well..

if you want you can take this online learning class..: it is free ;

Really I want to thank you for help
But I didn't ask Doctor here I know no doctor here Only the members are distraught about their experience

what I meant is that we are forbidden to advise when it comes to medications and diagnosis... actually a very intelligent rule I believe

You were prescribed Metformin and Gliclazide (Diamicron) if I remember correctly. You must take these as directed by your doctor. If you want to test which foods your body can cope with,
Test immediately before you eat
Test again 2 hours after the first bite of your food
Keep a food diary
Record your levels alongside the food
Try to keep any rise from before eating to after under 2mmol/l (36mg/dl)
If more than that, reduce the amount of carbohydrate in that meal.
