Hi
I usually have 6 or 7 , 2 hours after my dinner. But tonight I went to a restaurant with my family and couldn't control myself and as a result, I had an South Indian dosa (made of rice and semolina) . I checked on the net before eating which says 17g per one dosa.
But to my surprise when I checked 2 hours after food, it came out 9.6. Then thought it might have dropped down to normal level 3hours after food, but to my surprise I tested three times and each time it came different.
1st time: 10.6
2nd time:11.2
3rd time: 10.2
It's very high for me for type2, never gone up to that level.
My medicine metaformin is also finished and I m not taking as need prescription to get from pharmacy. Also I usually walk 4 to 5 kms, but today I didn't walk much.
I will check tomorrow morning to see if it is high or not.
I m worried and wondering if the food contributed much than exercise. I m not counting medicine as yesterday I didn't have medicine but bg was 6.2.
If it continues to be high, am I type1? I m trying to understand diabetes, but the more I dig , the more I get worried.
Regards
