hi all, wanting some help! I was diagnosed with prediabetes a year ago and have successfully lowered my reading by pursuing yoga practice on a daily basis. This lead to a body/mind awareness which helps to keep my blood sugar under control.
I am now writing a paper for a yoga course on how yoga can help control diabetes.
I would appreciate any quotes/facts/info from anyone who has found yoga an effective way of managing diabetes...or not. I would love to include these in my final paper.
