So today I thought I would have a blowout (foodwise) since I found I was T2 over four weeks ago.
I've been doing so well and as a treat I had:
Greek yoghurt with mixed berrys for breakfast.
fresh cod fillet in sauce with mixed veg for dinner.
Tacos with breaded chicken , salsa and salad for tea, washed down with a large bottle of lager.
1 bar of bournville chocolate and 2 home made martinis.
This is the kicker, my BG was only 5.2 2 hours after my last meal .
I just don't get it !!!
