daily but just tracks your fat?

I would still use myfitnesspal and focus on the fat

Another vote for myfitnesspal. It'll do what you need it to do in the easiest way possible.

I do not have diabetes
I use MyFitnesPal (free) ive recently changed the configuration options to show saturated fat as well instead of Sodium in reports. Everyone enters Sodium wrong anyway in MyFitnessPal as they mistake salt with Sodium and mg with grams.
