This is good but personally I don't eat bread 5 month ago

Theres one about half a mile from where I live may go down there tomorrow and check it out as need to buy some sauerkraut any way.

I think I've seen this(or at least something Polish) in my nearest ASDA, is it actually good then? The only bread(-ish?) I've found here that doesn't turn into a suicide attempt is the buttery croissants.

@lucas12. I often go to polish shops for their sauerkraut and bacon but have never seen this bread.
I live in the south of England, and believe me, I always check the nutritional info on all products bought.
I know polish shops are more plentiful in the north and London area.
Do you know the name of the Baker’s who supply this bread?
In my area the majority of bread is supplied by the Polish Village Bakery.
Would love to try it.

Mmmmm! Four slices of that to make a couple of great bacon and cheese sarnies for under 10 grams. :D

I was making cloud bread very often it's ok but unfortunately it does not taste like bread it tastes like eggs
This is a quote from the recipe maybe you were eating too soon ?
  1. Remove from the pans and cool on a rack or cutting board.
  2. While warm they are crumbly and similar to cooked meringue - but don't let this fool you! Once completely cool, seal them in a ziplock storage baggie or a tupperware over night. They will totally change their consistency, to something much more like bread - a softer texture that is nice and chewy. If you do not like softer chewy bread, then eat them as they are, nice and crisp.
  3. Since the sides that were facing the pan are perfectly flat, you use these to spread things on, or make sandwiches, or even as a burger bun! The choice is up to you, and you will be quite amazed at how much like a bun these really are!

That's the lowest carb bread I've ever seen, great find!

Which Polish shop was it from? It would be nice if it was a chain.

I've noticed a lot of big retailers have 'Polish sections' these days so I'll be on the lookout for this.
