Good evening everyone here

I think the atmosphere is beginning to change into heat and that means it started summer

So I think controlling diabetes will be easier with the hot air

At least the appetite will be much less as the need for water will increase more
Sleep hours will be less and therefore this means more movement

What about you dear Do you think you will be healthier with summer ?

We are forcast snow for Easter so my thoughts are not quite on summer yet. :bigtears:

Forecast of night time lows of -17c this weekend here and up to 10cm of snow again.
Summer isn’t coming for a while yet here.

I don’t like it really hot and found my levels a bit higher on very hot days last summer. However I hadn’t been diagnosed long so hoping if we ever get any hot weather I’ll be better this summer. Ive lost a lot of ‘insulation’ so might be able to tolerate the heat better!

For this reason, I advise you to visit Morocco to attend the barbecue ceremony in the sun

Warm weather plays merry hell with my sugars, I hate it! Bring on the snow ;)
It does to mine too, and I hate snow. I had a laugh at the British reaction to that mild snow weather around here recently, people thinking the world is gonna end in barely sub zero. ;) Living with the cold and wet feet, runny nose etc for months most years isn't nearly as magical as you make it sound.

Where I live just a bit south of Tropic of Capricorn, we have summer eleven months a year with the minimum temperature not falling below 20° Celcius.

The winter temp gets a bit cooler though, but I have not seen a great deal of change in my bgl during the cooler weather.

Food is not a problem curries in summer as well as winter, same as salads.

Barbecues are great all year round, we will be having one on the weekend with seafood and steaks and pork ribs.

For me there is a difference between the days of the week regardless of the difference between the months of the year

I think that whenever the body is cold I need more energy and therefore more food
