Very interesting, quite sad to see the scale of health disorders that our disordered eating (and search for profit) has brought about. At the same time, there is hope now!

I thought it was fabulous. I'm already a big fan of the Low Carb diet as it's helped me reverse my Type 2 to pre-diabetic levels. This programme really should be watched by everyone - particularly if you've got kids as it is a real eye opener!
