It was developed by Roy Taylor at Newcastle. It is a meal replacement 800 cal a day thing. Intended to remove pancreatic fat and reverse type 2.

yeah i saw the Roy Taylor diet , but i would get tired on 800 calories a day .

I was actually reading his e book and thought fantastic stuff and was all for it and so motivated .........until i got hungry
