Kind of.. when eating I try to stay between 5and 6 with the odd dips below 5 usually succeed.

If I'm strict with what and when I eat, I usually keep within 5 to 6 with a few odd dips under 5 too! It has been easier since coming off the blood pressure medication.

Generally. But I also find that other things some of which I may have no or little control over, e.g. poor health/illness, pain, different medications, stress, exercise...even a hot bath(!!) can all affect my glucose levels too. So it isn't necessarily just a matter of eating the right food!

Just out of curiosity - do you have a particular reason for asking?

I think we can only do that if things are going well most or all of the time. I aim for a range of 5-7 before meals and no more than 9, 2 hours after a meal. If I go one or two points over that now and then I don't stress about it. I've had 15s and that was horrible, so it's all relative.
