Good morning everybody
I feel something strange these days
I started drinking coffee more than three times a day

But often after every cup of coffee I feel a little dizzy like I'm drunk
I do not know whether this is really coffee or is there another reason
I need your help thanks

Possibility 1 => it's Irish Coffee :-)

Possibility 2 => You may be-becoming extra sensative to caffeine
- Caffiene is a di-phospo-esterase inihibitor - it increases cellular level of cyclic AMP by poisoning the enzyme which breaks it down.
- the analogy I was given was - Adrenaline (which accelerates production of CyclicAMP ) is turning on the tap
and Caffeine is blocking up the drain hole.

You could try decaffeinated coffee instead to see how it affects you. Have you tested your blood glucose levels when you feel the dizziness?

I didn't do that but I think the problem is because of caffeine my blood sugar now just 5 mmol

I was not used to drinking coffee I used to drink it once or twice a year

When I was working, I used to drink a lot of coffee and ended up wired for sound most of the time.

I have just made my second cup of heartstarter coffee this am.
