Hi just a question. I have been taking vitamins D3 and Ks together in the morning as it was advised. So just a week ago i added vitamin B Complex to the mix and my reading went up into the 7ish mark. I was finally getting them the late 5's and 6. Does anyone think it's the added vitamin. Very curious. But will also come clean and say we went away for a weeks break and i indulged in...well 3 bottles of wine. Not all in one hit but over the week. Thanks in advance.

I would sit down and look carefully at the actual ingredients list. Some medications have sugars (of some sort) in them or in their coating. I was looking at the list for Gaviscon (liquid suspension) last night, had to do it online as I no longer take it (used to have it on repeat prescription). Way down the list was mention of saccharine (with a chemical name following). As some people can react to saccharine this was worthy of note.

It must be said that a change in routine, alcohol intake and weather may have skewed your figures.

@Guzzler Thanks for the response I just goggled it and it seems all above board. I bought it from a health store and it says all natural no artificial ingredients it's a Mega B Complex herbs of gold brand so seems ok. But maybe i should just stop for a week and see if the sugar goes down. I was aware of the alcohol and weather but have to admit i don't drink 3 bottles aweek as a rule. Also there was stress this week so maybe it's a combination of things.

Good idea. Remember to record all this in your diary.

Actually @Guzzler i haven't got a diary:mad:. I haven't had any support since i was diagnosed with this horrible thing. None, Zilch zero. Everything I'm learning is in here. Depressing. But thanks for your answer, greatly appreciate it. Oh I do have one support. My rock and soul mate, my husband.
