The quality of the information becomes apparent once you find that it takes forever to get to the point.

What happens is that after the first five minutes of repetitive drivel you fall into a trance and become a victim of psychic channeling.

Your credit card is then at the mercy of any scammer. Be afraid... be very, very, afraid.

As to Keto resource I have just found Keto Pal on my Amazon Echo with Alexa will suggest recipes give information on carb content of food and such not trying to promote the echo but if you happen to have one it is good to Know about.
 
I wasn't going to use anything from this site. Just annoys me that some people would be pulled in and waste their money. If it was that easy we would all be doing it. The tablets were on special offer at $100.

edit alright that won't work but it should be added to the skills I think.

She will however tell you a joke.
