I lot of people on here really have varied food plan but mine is quite small now I eat a lot of meats ,cheese ,eggs ,pork scratching ,celeriac vegetables and salads for desert I have whipped double cream with oppo icecream ,strawberry,10cal hartleys jelly
So I recommend diet doctor to recipes and there is a page on here where people put what they eat to give you a good idea but remember we are all different and our bodies act different to others with certain foods so eat to your meter that will tell you how your body is coping with a certain food.
