I noticed this book mentioned in a link the other day. I decided to give it a go. Very very interesting. I think I need to get a copy for every family member! Anyone read it?
I’ll try but okay half way through. Probably better to see Amazon reviews. It covers all aspects of nutrition and tbh most of it I knew but didn’t follow -grains. It is an easy read without too much confusing scientific info, although lots there. I want to buy every family member a copy, particularly thein-laws who are obsessed with low fat. It explains why cholesterol is not bad, saturated fat not bad and why we are 99.99% the same dna as 3 million years ago (or something like that). Explains why carbs are so bad etc etc. An excellent read do far.
