does having a cold raise blood sugar ?

I have a cold I can't sleep my knee pain is keeping me awake along with stomach pain which i think is caused by the high fat diet.

I've taken my blood reading and it is 7. not very happy with this and i feel really tired and annoyed that i am struggling cos i felt so good on this diet full of energy able to do things lost weight but i feel the weight loss has stopped and with the stomach pain and knee pain feeling annoyed .

There are many things that affect our BG. What we eat and drink, what exercise we have done/doing. drugs. illness, pain. stress, time of day/month/year.
Added to that, when our BG is high, it is common for aches, pains, illness and stress to be elevated too.
