How would I monitor my blood sugars when counselling a client

Feel a bit weird just getting out my testing kit as I like to check my blood sugars regularly.

You could test after the previous client session, and before your next client session.

Saves any awkwardness / embarrassment for both you and the client.

What are you testing for and what do you do with the result?
If you do nothing with the result (apart from, maybe, write it down), you could skip the testing mid-client.
If you correct, you may want to work out why you need to correct - is your basal too high/low? Did you mis-count carbs? Is your insulin to carb ratio wrong?... If you can sort out the reason why your BF may not be right, you may be able to reduce the number of times you test.
