It tends to repeat on me quite late on hence the smaller portion. As for sprouts they are delicious! Couldn’t really taste them with the Parmesan, Lemon, Butter & Rosemary.

I made it from a rather large salmon side there’s another 3 lots ready for the rest of the week. I’m thinking of doing it with Creamy Cabbage next time though
 
You could fry the salmon in a deliciousness of your choice?

I like mine in home made chilli oil, so it has a tang and the fatty skin is crispy. Alternatively I airfry the salmon (for the crispy skin).

What did you do with the baking fluids? The butter would have picked up some flavour perhaps, but that would involve a bit of experimentation.
