Indeed he is fantastic. It is Dr. David Unwin, otherwise known as @Southport GP on this forum!

Not just catching on, Dr. Unwin actually teaches other GPs how to help their patients with Pre Diabetes and Type 2 Diabetes and save money for the NHS too. I beleive he won the Innovator of the Year last year.
A sterling gentleman all around (and his wife Jen is a great boon to the cause too).
