When I lived in the UK many years ago, I used to get Sea Kale that grew wild along the beachfront at Newhaven when I used to go fishing there. I saw wild rabbits / hares eating it so must have been good to go , so took some home to eat with the fish I caught.

Not really a fan of kale. I once ate quite a lot of it under the illusion that it was good for me, but I later came round to the idea that anything which tastes bitter to the human palate unless you cook it, probably isn’t a food that we are biologically adapted to consume.

Can't access the first study but the second was on supplementing vitamin C tablets and nothing specifically about Kale so that one's out of the window..

The study linked to in the second article doesn't mention kale at all.. and consists of feeding people Vit C tablets..

I stopped reading the first link when I got t this bit

So it it my own fault I have T2, apparently I'm lazy and greedy
