The takeaway from this is to get this you may as well get into a fasting regime than have the lovely side effects from the drugs themselves to get the same benefits? Interesting to know there is an underlying mechanism to this classification of drugs that make them so protective. Thanks for posting this!

Risk to Benefit, folks. Cheaper and easier just to fast or do some IF and you get the benefit of developing better eating habits overall.
