Another great free online event for Paleo/Ancestral Food afficionados - the Modern Stone Age Diet summit, hosted by anthropologist/archaeologist Dr Bill Schindler. Some great interviews, but probably the highlight for me thus far was today's interview with Lierre Keith. Unlike a lot of online summits, the interviews are all around 30 minutes long and only 2 interviews are screened each day, making it much easier to watch all of them. Plus, practically unheard of in my experience of the past 7 years, free downloadable transcripts.
