Hello All,
Just gave my blood for HBA1c test. Last HbA1c was on 14th oct this year and it was 4.2... I must say I was not that serious with my diet this time .. so wish me luck ..
 
Congratulations that is awesome - I always like hearing positive stories like this!

That must feel really encouraging.
