Anyone suffer with a really bad burning stomach?

Hi there, can you be more specific? Is it like an acid/heartburn feeling and when does it occur, etc. I haven't heard of anything like that connected with diabetes but maybe others have. I'm guessing the main response will be 'go to a Drs' as it really could be anything. Hope you feel better soon. x
