Type 1 and st John's wort

Hiya
I'm struggling with depression and anxiety. I wanted to try st johns wort and wonder if any else had tried this and it helped or made their type 1 worse.
Is there any other natural remedies that may help if this is not suitable

You are best speaking to your pharmacist as they have great knowledge on drug contradictions and what is suitable for you personally. Just because something is natural doesn’t mean it can be taken by anyone. e.g. my pharmacist said I should avoid St Johns wort as it contradicts with one of my tablets, anyone with a history of seizures should avoid evening primrose oil etc, like I say best speak to a pharmacist:)
