Facing infarction in per

Hello I am diabetic 2 I was start tablet combine dose of empagliflozinand linagliptin 10mg/5mg once in morning & metformin 1000 sr ,glimpride 2 twice in day.actully I am facing some reaction front of my per red color skin & and in side white material is there when I cleaned that I am facing pain.so pls suggest me
