Yes, providing not in a sauce. Salmon is also on the list. All very good choices.

Tinned fish is excellent and very good value, I hope it doesn't get popular and more expensive as I have at least 2 tins a week. As with all things read the label for the nutrition. If you are not on a very low carb diet then some sauces may be ok. For example Princes mackerel in rich tomato sauce is about 5g carbs per 125g tin.
