Freestyle Libre Low Glucose Problem

I am using freestyle libre and for the last 10 hours it only says lo (lower than 50) whenever i try it.I tested with blood even and i am perfectly fine but this error wont go away.And this is not the first time it happened,it happened multiple times but this time it got stuck and i cant fix it.Has this ever happened to you and what can i do to fix it,thanks.

You give Abbott a phone call tomorrow and they will send you a replacement. Keep the faulty sensor though, they might want you to send it to them!
