Five year wait

I had my first slice of bread for 5 years yesterday.
At least I presume you can actually call it bread - it certainly tastes like it!
Today poached eggs on..........toast.

Here: no connection

A few folks on here have been talking favourably about that option in recent times.

Never having been a big bread, and now being gluten-free, it's not for me, but I'm happy there are new, albeit pocket-heavy, options for those who love a sarnie.
 
And were your bg numbers ok? Did they accumulate through the day?
