With all the gloom around and as it's my first ever Valentine's Day as a fully paid up member of the T2 diagnosed club plus my 25th wedding anniversary, thought some smiles might come in handy!

Yeah happy Valentines.. woke up to find the dog had been sick all over the new hall carpet in the night... deep joy and much love ensued...
 
Either Raffles the gentleman thief or the milk tray man broke into our room last night & left chocolate truffles on my wife's bedside..

I was given 2 bars of 100% Montezumas to try... hemp seed and sea salt, and mint. Had one square of the former . Trying to get the phrase "old rope " out of my mind

But it was still a nice thoughtful gift
 
Well - after my comment yesterday, she's bought me the air fryer @KK123 suggested. Arrives during the week.

So much for romance. :rolleyes: Mind you, after a quarter of century of being with me, who could possibly blame her?!!!
