VAT exemption

Just wondering....... Im T2 for >10 yrs and currently on max medications and on basal bolus insulin
I was planning to buy Libera sensor as find it hard to finger prick when i m at work
Is there any option for Diabetes patients to have VAT exemption for Libera 2 when I purchase it over the counter ?
