The term "big boned" lol repeatedly told this growing up!
I have noticed that when my bg drops through out the day (currently 5.9 5.4 after tea last night and 6.9 fasting today), I can generally tell it is dropping due to feeling nauseous. The thing is I am not hungry and wondered if anyone else gets this feeling of nausea with out the hunger if you know what I mean :meh:

Interesting! I used to feel nauseous if my blood sugar went high. Maybe symptoms are as variable as say, allergic reactions or the effects of different foods?

Possibly, very interesting how things differ from person to person. I will continue to monitor, it really is the pits to feel nauseous I would prefer to actual be sick to be honest.

I find some of the sweeteners or low carb manufactured foods tend to make me feel either nauseous or bloated or windy.
If I don't feel hungry then I actually welcome that and don't eat. Its the equivalent of intermittent fasting without the hassle. For years I never felt not hungry and its taken me time to get used to idea it can be natural and I'm listening to my body.

Today not a whiff of nausea - yet! I have just had cauliflower rice and left over curry from yesterday for lunch. Bit heavy for lunch for me but I was starving after fasting . My levels dropped again to 5.3 after dinner yesterday. This morning 6.9 when I woke up but went to bed late.
